The British Duo – The Alpine Movement – is a project from Yorkshire’s City of Bradford built in the World of Stephen Atkins and Phillip Greenaway. Their work follows no set patterns and they have spent nearly two decades electrifying dancefloors nationwide with their multisensory approach to live music.
Each track comes from a different place—fragments of thought, observation, and experience shaped into sound without interference. The Alpine approach is instinctive but connected, weaving grooves and textures into an animal that moves with its own rhythm rather than being pieced together.
Chalkboard Humanity explored the space between instinct and influence, with tracks like Acid Attack, Rumble, Homeless, Do You Wanna Get Down, and Humbug Hymn. Their latest release Psychedelic Frontier is out now with a new album on the way.
